    La spectroscopie gamma "in-beam" représentent une part importante de la production scientifique de l'installation ALTO. Complémentaire aux spectromètres "tracking" du type AGATA, ALTO développe des systèmes de détection gamma hybrides innovants tels que nu-Ball2.
