* CE-65 submitted in ER2
  - v2 + some v1  
  - expected in May at IPHC

 

* Tests in the laboratory
  - we agree on the definition of minimalistic & advanced programmes
     reminded in Andrei's slides (also matching GoogleDoc)
  - Specifics about tests of new v1 from ER2
    o PSUB=PWELL=OV
    o 1e13 and 1e14 should be doable (reading pixels)
    o we need only the minimalistic tests for all versions
    => will be done at IPHC (to be confirmed)
  - tests of v2
    o PSUB and PWELL can be different
    o should allow tests after 1e15 (windowing)
    o minimalistic + advanced necessary on all versions (to be confirmed)
    => will be done at IPHC + Zürich + Prague 
        but smoke tests done at IPHC
        sharing to be decided in May after  -> new in-person meeting in May or June?)
  - Tests of current v1 (from ER1)
    o Andrei & Kimmo continue investigation on leakage currents
    o Szymon could help fill some gaps, probably for the samples at 1e13 & 1e14
      => question: when do we expect CERN will release them? 
    o Prague and Zürcih follows the proposal of the GoogleDoc
      => to be presented at the meeting with Zürich on the 27th
      => when do we discuss with Prague? need an additional meeting with them
    o needs to be concluded by May

 

* Tests in beam
  - we agree on the Basic & advanced programs reminded by Andrei
  - Analysis of data from 2022 beam test
     o Ziad and his M2 studend
     o help from Ajit (postdoc), especially for advanced program (offline digitization)
     o help from Zürich student
    => expect to conclude in May
  - Dates of v2 beam-test to be discussed with WP3

 

* General comments
  - ignore versions C and DC
  - about temperature ? 
   o a metallic frame is now available
   o range of test 0 to 20 C
   o insure stability with IR camera

 

* About test systems availibility
   - no real time to discuss this
   - Do Zürich and Prague have their own system already? we think yes, to be crosschecked with Sergey
    => do we have CE-65v1 (from ER1) for them?
   - How many test systems at IPHC (important for parallelisation)? possibly 2

 

* About PCBs needed for CE-65v2 
  - reminder: v2 has new functionalities (injection and windowing)
  - new carrier board needed for SURE 
  - 2 possiblities depending on version of PROXY 
    1/ one which works with current PROXY, 
       - not guarantee we can use injection => study needed for Kimo and Andrei
       - windowing impossible (is that right) 
       - new FW required
    2/ Universal POXY which works with current and a possible NEW PROXY 
       - all functionalities OK

 

* About SW for the acquisition of CE-65 (v1 or v2)
  - 2 versions exist: C++ (from Szymon) Python (from Kimmo)
  - Only C++ version is currently compatible with Beam Test (EUDAQ)
  - For maintenance reasons, we might to choose Python
   => need study to check compliant with Beam Test 
  - Probably both versions need some modifs for v2

 

* ACTIONS
  - Contacts Prague to 1/ fix a remote meeting soon, 2/ collects for possible travel in February  
   => Sergey ?
  - Andrei and Kimmo investigates the issue of the new carrier board
  - When arrived, Ajit (postdoc) works on adapting the Python SW to Beam test
  - Ziad and student are the main force to analyse beam test data from 2022
