ACCOMMODATION: ICISE is located by the sea, outside the town of Quy Nhon. Participants will be accommodated in the 4-stars Seagull Hotel located right on the beach in Quy Nhon city. The hotel is located 10 minutes by car, or one hour walk, away from the ICISE. The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch at the Institute and accommodation on a shared room basis. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Daily transportation will be provided between the hotel and ICISE.
MEALS: Breakfast is served at the hotel and lunch at the Institute on working days. Vegetarians should specify their preference at the time of registration. For dinner, there are many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants in Quy Nhon.
TRAVEL: The most convenient way to reach Quy Nhon is by air from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. Then, then are several convenient daily flights between Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and Quy Nhon. Coaches will be arranged to carry participants from Quy Nhon airport to the hotel on Sunday July 9, and on Saturday July 29 from hotel to airport, provided participant communicate their flight numbers to the Summer School management in due time.
FACILITIES: The conference room is equipped with blackboards, video and overhead projectors. An excellent wifi network is available throughout the center, as well as ports for connecting laptops or other electronic equipment. There is a small library for on-site reading. Small working places are disseminated through the tropical garden.
