• Correct the accelerator projects name on the web page
• Program of annual meeting:
  • 1 talk per project as starting point
  • Thomas and Dirk enter the projects
  • talk can be general or update on specific questions
  • talks can be merged if necessary or wanted
  • foresee sufficient time for discussion
  • zoom will be available, but prefer presence at DESY
• Next year: Gudrun and Klaus will investigate if and when the meeting can be held at KIT
