The on-site registration fee is 150 Euros and includes three sitted lunches, all coffee breaks, a welcome reception on Monday evening and the workshop banquet in the city on Tuesday evening.
The reduced fee for "one day" on-site attendance is 50 E.
As of November 3rd, given the good in-person attendance, there will be no fee for zoom only participation (monday and wednesday only, no zoom for the tuesday parallel sessions). .
The fee for IN2P3 colleagues is paid directly from IN2P3 to IP2I, but registration is mandatory for all the colleagues (from IN2P3 or from other institutes) who want to participate, in person, or in zoom.

To find a hotel, close to the the conference site, you can use for instance booking.com and search the location "Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu" for the dates you wish.
The hotels returned are shown on the map here below. There is a direct tram (<15mn) beween gare Lyon Part Dieu and the institute, which on the screenshot below is located approximately where it is written DOUA, in the green zone on top of the picture.
For the exact location, on google maps, you can search for IP2I Lyon, it should be sufficient to locate it (full name is Institut de Physique des 2 infinis), all this in Villeurbanne which is a neighbourhod of Lyon.
