• Audience:
  • Nominally, we are going for ESFRIs who may wish to deploy ESAP in the future. Therefore, we target science stakeholders (who want the functionality) and technical stakeholders (who want to know how it could fit into their system).
  • In practice, this is the final presentation of the work done in ESCAPE. We should try to capture the “big picture” and include as much of what we have worked on as we can.
  • Not everything needs to be finished! This isn't a pure tutorial/teaching event; we will explicitly make the case that folks who are interested in ESAP should get involved and can help to continue to develop and shape it after the end of the ESCAPE project. Therefore it is fine — encouraged, even — to discuss functionality that is not finished or somewhat speculative.
• Remember there is an ESCAPE slide template that we should use where possible.
  • Copies attached to this page.
• No need to send me slides in advance — assume you will share your own screen.
• But we will make all slides or other materials available through Indico after the meeting, so please upload them there.
• Unless anybody objects, we'll record the meeting for future reference.
• Broad themes:
  • Day one: core ESAP functionality.
  • Day two: related projects, associated work, future directions.
