• ITk Week: inscriptions ? 
• Abstracts for PIXEL 2022:

  • asking for help to submit contributions to PIXEL 2022: https://indico.cern.ch/event/829863/program . If you look into the program there are many opportunities in the scope of this conference for areas where a huge amount of work is done but are usually less visible (mechanics and services especially). We shouldn’t lose the opportunity:

  • Cooling and mechanics. There are not many conference where we can present our developments in these two areas, so please consider writing up some abstracts. General Mechanics, Local supports coordinators
  • Directions in integration. Again, as above, it is a great opportunity to give visibility to the great amount of work that the ITk community is doing in this area. General mechanics and Integration coordinators
  • Pixel electronics: (there is already a contribution on data links), Do we want to submit something on PP0s or power?. Electronics coordinators
  • Sensors/Radiation damage studies : Sensors and Test beam. Sensors and test beam coordinators
  • Pixel system performance: pixel system tests. System test and LLS coordinators
  • FE-chip: there is already a talk on RD53, so we may want to submit one on ITkPix?. FE coordinators

  • Please, provide us (fmunoz@cern.ch and Flera.Rizatdinova@cern.ch ) with the abstracts and potential candidates for speakers before 9^th of September, if accepted, we will then invite them following the SCAB ranking.

  • ITkPixV1 X+ (Top) TechCI. Batch de X- foiré. Stack-up à changer ? Pas possible pour cause de l'enveloppe de modules.  

  • MOPS: disponible. M12 plié ? Pas plié ? Quel assemblage ? Quand ? 

  • Stack-up M12: 4 couches collées. Le stack-up de Rui, donc. Pliage à chaud.
