  • Beam Test discussions, Sergey, Szymon, Yitao
    • telescope seems OK, even with DPTS as trigger (100 triggers/spill)
      • during past night, trigger was scintillator (efficiency of tracks on DUT to be studied)
    • CE-65 acquisition is relatively slow (only 20 events/spill ~0.7 evts/s)
      • potential action would be to reduce the nb of frames (currently 8) before and after
    • About timing: CE-65 has the largest time window (~ms) => should not impact detection efficiency
    • Sergey can stay up to Monday (but would like to leave before)
      • discussion continues over Mattermost channel
    • Early analysis by Yitao
      • observation of RTS noise (baseline random jumps)
      • RTS was also observed by Andrei with lab data
        => suggestion to study this in lab with various read-out frequencies

 

  • MOSS Design, Fred
    • layout will be finished only in May ==> submission postponed a bit (no date yet)
    • standard cells : layout still to be corrected => still ~1 week of work
    • submission will be delayed by verifications (still a lot to do)

 

  • MOS-T Design, Szymon
    • Szymon's part will be done before end of May
    • pixel have changed with different (front) biasing scheme => involved additional work by Szymon
    • also waiting for std cells

 

  • CE-65v2, Andrei
    • 1 column (on the left) has diode disconnected from Front-End
      => allow measurement of diode capacitance by comparison with other pixels
    • Version C (analogue)
      • 5 versions (all 3 pitches and hexagonal arrangement) layout, DRC, LVS, all done
      • Walter agreed to have the 3 flavours (our A, B, C in v1)
        => still question about which gap to use for version B (was potentially changed in MOSS)
    • Version A
      • still to be discussed, may not happen before Walter checked Version C
      • basic idea would be to add AC coupling to MOSS front-end
    • version D is abandoned
      • APTS and DPTS will be ported in new version
