Yangians and their representations in AdS/CFT

We will discuss the role of Yangians in the integrability of the AdS/CFT spectral problem. We will describe their manifestation in various representations relevant to the description of fundamental particles and their bound states, and, if time permits, to the study of the Thermodynamical Bethe Ansatz.
