This workshop will bring together physicists and engineers involved in, or interested in, Cherenkov water experiments around the world such as Hyper-Kamiokande, IceCube and KM3Net. The conference will provide attendees with the opportunity to share ideas, designs and experiences on the state of the art and future direction of electronics and instrumentation technologies.
