General news:
- Some Paris modules are potentially to be tested at the next or next-to-next TB. To be verified. It is interesting to participate especially in this case
- No big news from the ITk Week
- Yield lower than expected for the pre-production
- Prod modules: HPK expected in June (exp 20/month to Paris)
Probe station:
- Cooling liquid ordered by Francesco not arrived yet
- Cooling liquid ordered by Pascal not ordered yet
Wirebonding:
- PPP37 bonded (with Bouvan): mean pull-force 8 g
- All wires bonded
- Demo camera installation ongoing
- Binoculaire and arm installed
- Camera to be installed
Metrologie:
- Backside flatness program done and SQ submitted
- Thibaud/Paul started to review documentation
- We need to ask the shipment of the flexes
- Review the programs of flex metrology to adapt to new flexes
- Canopy measurement progressed for the new batch
- Dimensions / mass is different
- Difficulties in measurement of resistivity
Assembly:
- It will start after the metrology
Testing:
- All is good to go. David+Thibaud on wed, Yahya+Bouvan on thu
Xray:
- System is working. Tested yesterday
- Nitrogen bottle installed to be attached to module
- YARR & Software to be refined
Parylene:
- Tools not optimal but we'll try a first full masking procedure
- We are waiting for new material to try a new 3D printing session @ FABLAB
