No news for gluing/metrology
Database:
- Reina included the info for thin modules and thick modules at LPNHE in the prodDB
- Only one thin module missing (there was a problem in the info shared by. Fabian, corrected now). Waiting for Monika to db-send the following FEs to LPNHE to do the assembly: 20UPGFC0008836, 20UPGFC0008741, 20UPGFC0008773, 20UPGFC0008789
Testing:
- Sapratin Technician at LPNHE today for climate chamber maintenance
- Need to discuss PC test status. Reina will get in touch with Francesco.
Wirebonding:
- Wirebonding play with module 6 (Wirebonding in pads not used, before doing full wirebonding): 3 short wires bonded, good pull test… but for the 17 long wired with thin pads have small pull test values
- Wirebonding play with module 7: wire sequencing ok. Problems with wire shape and size for long wires. The CEA parameters did not work. Brigitte will get in touch with Xavier & Julien when she is back on holidays. Will also try to the pince/clip height.
