Features and rules of conduct
The virtual meeting room will open 30 minutes before the start of the webinar to give you time to connect. Please make sure to execute the plug-in before connecting to the Zoom session and to try it at least at 8:30 am.
Turn off your camera and microphone: please turn off your microphones during the presentation, there will be dedicated time for you to express yourself if you wish. If the moderator gives you the floor, make sure you turn on your microphone.
Ask your questions on Slack: this feature will allow you to share your comments and questions during the presentation. The moderator will relay your comments or questions during the chat times provided for this purpose.
You can also use the Q1A or raise your hand to speak. The moderator will give you the floor during the dedicated exchange time.
