  AGI accounting cannot be simply merged with the FG accounting
    --> no general mechanism, specific setup to be configured

    --> fix found through long VOMS extension for Auger VO  
  VMDIRAC enables but cloud sites to be reconfigured
  FG certificates to be validated with latest DIRAC security framework
