Instructions for conference registration and fee payment

The secure payment system for conference registration and fees payment for the D0 2010 summer Workshop is now operational.
These instructions describe the system and how to use it.

Final registration for the workshop is confirmed following receipt of payment of the conference fee.
Conference fees may be paid by Credit Card or bank transfer .

You need to go through a three-step procedure for registration and payment:

Step 1: Registration for the workshop

Please first register to the workshop by following the INDICO
link "Registration" (item
"Registration") in the workshop main page.

Step 2: Pre-registration to Azur Colloque

You have to pre-register in the Azur Colloque web site for payment : Azur Colloque Pre-registration
You have to choose the language to use for your pre-registration and then choose the D0 workshop (the one with D0 logo). You need to receive a confirmation e-mail from Azur Colloque, before you can go to step 3.
Registration to Azur Colloque is moderated, and the registrees list in INDICO is used by the manager to confirm your access to the payment system.

Step 3: Validate your registration for payment

You will need to wait for a confirmation email from "Azur Colloque", before you can do this step.

After e-mail confirmation, go to : Azur Colloque Validation and Payment
You have to choose the language and then select the D0 workshop. For the payment, click on "Confirm a pre-registration".
Here you will be invited to enter your arrival and departure date information, to indicate whether you have any special dietary requirements and whether you wish to appear in the workshop photographs (some of these data are redundant with INDICO; sorry!)

If an institute is paying on your behalf (this corresponds mainly to the case of bank transfers relating to the attendance of numerous individuals from the same institute), you will be asked to enter the relevant details. The following page will ask you to enter any requests for accompanying persons to participate in the workshop social program and conference banquet. Please select the correct number of additional tickets (up to three). Payments on behalf of accompanying persons attending either or both of these social events can be added by registered participants using the ColloqueAzur secure payment system. Receipts generated in this case will also indicate on separate lines the payments for accompanying persons.

At the end, you will be invited to make your payment by credit card or bank transfer.

  • Payments by credit card are handled by the secure (https) server PayBox.
    This is the preferred option.
  • Payment by bank transfer is reserved for exceptional case. If really needed, it is possible for participants to use this service. Please follow the procedure as indicated. Then complete the bank coordinates given by Azur Colloque with (mention that this is for the "CPPM-D0 Conference"):In the case of bank transfer, it will take one month for the conference account to be credited, so please ensure with your bank that the transfer is made at time. In any case, please bring proof of the transfer from your bank, and give this to the Workshop secretariat. A confirmatory e-mail will be sent to you on completion of the payment step. This mail will be accompanied by an attached pdf file; a receipt (purchase order) for payment by credit card (request for payment by bank transfer).
"please mention that this transfer is for the CPPM-D0 Conference"
  • Cash Payments. Please note that we are not accepting cash payments. If you need to pay the workshop fee after your arrival, then you will need to provide a valid credit card, as accepted by the Azur Colloque conference payment system for online payment.

Hotel Payments

Please note that participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations and recommended to do so well in advance (see bulletin 1 for Hotel suggestion).
