Recent experimental results from PAMELA, ATIC, Fermi and HESS have raised a lot of interrest for Dark Matter indirect detection. In this presentation I will show what are the difficulties to really constrain Dark Matter properties through cosmic rays focusing on the uncertainties of the astrophysical background. Then I will explain the first hints we may nevertheless already have that might help us discover Dark Matter at LHC.
