CIC PORTAL - THEMATIC (12 Aug 2009) Present: Hélène Cordier; Cyril L'Orphelin Chaired by: Cordier Hélène - prototyping of menus reorganization out of the attached document out of feedback where sections are useless, static and overfed with regards with the regular working habits of a given user. -OL to prepare a prototype for Friday 14th. ==> we cannot deliver a progressive migration From meeting on August 14th, reorganisation of information in dashboard imply that almost all human resources are coping with the dashboard module and the framework organization, until the regional dashboard release readiness by year's end.

1 GESTION DE L'INFORMATION DANS LE PORTAIL DES OPERATIONS

--Comment réorganiser les catégories: Home, Procedure, Documentation, CIC tools, extrenal tools, communication, links et les anciennes sections - RC- ROC-OAG-C-COD -- Quel doivent être les modules centraux/généraux (How-to par section (general, procedures, documentation, links)...) -- Quel sont les fonctions transversales (broadcast, recherche) -- comment rendre la gestion des accès configurable et régionalisable -- comment traiter le dashboard (est-ce toutes les sous catégories doivent être un "module") -- hints : eviter trop items par menus et prevoir le moteur de recherche par mots clefs
