COVID-19: We are aware that the situation with the novel coronavirus may have an impact on our conference. At this stage it is impossible to estimate what this will be. We will follow the guidance given by our host institutions, and endeavour to inform the community of any decisions with adequate notice, but in the meantime we will continue our planning under the assumption that we will be able to hold the conference at the ICISE in Quy Nhon. Because this is a discussion-centred conference, we do not plan on replacing it with video conferencing or a slides-only virtual meeting if we cannot meet in person. Please do not hesitate to register for the conference if you are planning on attending; we would fully understand if you had to withdraw your registration in the future. We strongly recommend that travel purchases that are made, if any, are refundable.

Call for Abstracts

    No deadline

We welcome individual contributions to the conference on theoretical, phenomenological or experimental topics. Please note, however, that presentations that represent experimental collaborations will be invited directly through the appropriate Speakers Committees.

Following tradition at the Rencontres du Vietnam, a large amount of time will be reserved for both organised and spontaneous discussions, and we will also be writing a short paper together on the field of flavour physics. Hence, participants are expected to play an active role during the entire duration of the conference. Please remember that we make a special effort to bring together theorists and experimenters, and all talks should be prepared with both in mind.

The programme committee is happy to discuss possible contributions, and abstracts should be submitted directly through this page.
