An intermediary release in foreseen at the latest early July with the menus changes validated this day.

--Structure documentaire présentée par Sinikka dans le wiki operations
--Structure des menus visant à rendre les fonctionnalités plus visibles présentée par HC. CO mentionne le développement concurrent sur la gocDBPI.
Il est acté que SL implémente sur la base de la proposition une structure qui sera mise en prod au plus tard fin Juin au retour de Cyril.

[ML] to adress the change of GOCDB servers on June 4th
check the GOCDBPI#4 thematic actions -- 27th May :
[CO+ML] Get data from Lavoisier : php function -- to be done.
[ML] quick study of automatization of the process
[ML, CO] : reorganisation of information into Lavoisier -- to be done. By any means this has to be done before the replacement of any queries queries on the dahsboard section. Replacement of the section will be postponed until this is fixed.
[ML, OA] : check the notification mechanism is working with automatized development of Osman on downtimes notification handling.
[ML, GM, OA] : ML check how to retrieve the result of the "get downtimes" xml query. CO to initiate the process.
[SL] : to write down and make the cleaning code rules to be validated by CO and ML asap.
[PV, SL, ML] : SL organize a meeting to make the rules by which cic.gridops.org could be more W3C compliant.
PV actions by CO's return end of June :
- to abide by the code cleaning rules defined and do the cleanup of sections : broadcast and reports - in coordination with ML.
- to do some of the gocdb query replacements by the end of June under the query replacement rules - in coordination with ML.
1/check cicgoc table
2/change the name of the file. the orinigal file name _old while working on cvs on the original file.
3/when ready,commit it into cvs.
4/update cicgoc table
5/check there is no connection to gocdb anymore on the page.
