Geant4-DNA is an international interdisciplinary collaboration which aims at modelling the impact of ionizing radiation on biological cells. Its goal is to develop an experimentally validated simulation platform for the modelling of DNA damages induced by ionizing radiation. As part of the GEANT4 effort coordinated by CERN, it benefits of the same open-source policy.
