Les Houches 2018 second circular
Dear 3rd SVOM Science Workshop participants,
please find below the last information about the workshop.
* Conference bus:
Concerning the arrival at the school, we confirm that a conference bus will pick-up the registered participants at Geneva airport, leaving at 14:00 sharp on Sunday 13th. If you have not done so yet, please remember to register for this bus, sending an e-mail to svom.workshop@gmail.com. This will allow us to be sure that nobody is left behind.
D. Götz from the LOC will be responsible of collecting the people at Geneva airport. The meeting point will be in front of the airport visitor's centre, just outside the luggage pick-up area. The bus driver will carry a sign with marked SVOM.

For the departure from the School, the bus will leave at 13:30 on Friday 18th heading to the Geneva airport.
* Weather:
The weather forecast temperatures are in the 7°-21° C range and some rain is foreseen, so do not forget your raincoats and sufficiently warm clothing for the early morning/evening.
