We propose a mechanism of the baryogenesis from primordial black holes (PBH). Assuming existence of CP and Baryon (or Lepton) number violating operators such as $\partial_\mu f(R) J^\mu$ where f(R) is a scalar function of the curvature tensor, the time evolution of the evaporating black hole generates a chemical potential at the horizon; consequently the Hawking radiation enumerates an asymmetric radiation between the Baryon and the anti-Baryon. Although the operator is higher dimensional and suppressed largely by a high mass scale M, the sufficient amount of asymmetry can be generated for wide range of parameters of the PBH mass, its abundance, and the scale M.
