Participant who will not attend the conference dinner:
Choose "Participant" in the field "Tarification" on the pre-registration form
For accompanying person to the conference dinner:
Choose this option in the registration confirmation step
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
-1st step : pre-registration : Please complete the registration form. Choose your price option (regarding the conference dinner: see below) in the field "Tarification", you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You are reminded that even if you do not wish to attend the dinner you must register.
-2nd step : confirmation of the registration : Please use the dedicated web site, quoted in your confirmation e-mail, for the payment of the registration fee and the option if needed. The invoice will be automatically generated.
You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer
(even bank transfer from abroad).
Please note that payment by cash is not allowed
