Centre de Physique des Particules de Marseille
Fuseau horaire Europe/Paris
The workshop aims at discussing the physics, signatures, experimental techniques, existing results and perspectives of using existing and planned large-area neutrino telescopes for 'exotic' physics topics.
These include searches for Dark Matter beyond the MSSM, monopoles, micro black holes, Lorentz invariance tests, q-balls, nuclearites, new neutrino interactions at UHEs, neutrino oscillation studies... etc
We intend to have a few introductory presentations by theorists/phenomenologists on the topics mentioned above, but the main weight of the symposium will be on contibuted talks and discussions on expected signals, existing results and expected sensitivities of future facilities.
This workshop is the second edition of EPNT06 organized in September 2006 at Uppsala, Sweden.
