The purpose of this visit is:
"... to have a discussion about concerns, the status of the resources and the performance of the services and understand the plan of work. We would appreciate discussions with the technical people responsible. The goals of the meetings would be to agree on a list of actions with time-scales to address the areas of concerns where appropriate. This will allow us to make realistic plans for the start of data taking".
