2 Arrêt du support des proxies simples ("plain proxies")

- Extrait du broadcast envoyé aux administrateurs de sites par les représentants des sites au TMB: At present, gLite software is being certified by SA3 using both plain grid proxies as well as VOMS proxies. As the EGEE project has moved away from plain grid proxies to VOMS-based proxies, and SA3 is trying to make the best of its limited manpower, SA3 has proposed to the TMB (former TCG) to drop the support for plain grid proxies (i.e. generated via grid-proxy-init) in the EGEE m/w. EGEE will certify services only with VOMS proxies. Problems or bugs affecting services accessed using plain proxies will be no longer fixed. If you have any objection to this proposal please write to egee-tcg-site-rep@cern.ch before the next TMB (Wed. 18th June 2008).

3 Questions sur le stockage (IRFU/IPNL)

- IRFU (Christine) **** Sinon pour une prochaine réunion (ma liste de questions n'est pas encore prete..), pourquoi ne pas faire un point sur le stockage: on va lancer un appel d'offre en septembre et on se pose pas mal de questions (SAN derriere DPM, Linux-HA derriere DPM, Lustre derriere SRM...). - IPNL (Denis) **** On a le stockage sur un SAN avec 2 têtes et un SE DPM qui y accede en GPFS, on se pose la question des avantages/incovénients de transformer les têtes SAN en disk server DPM.
