Description
The optical cryostat "SciCryo" has been built in aim to study scintillation of cristals at low temperature down to 4K. Its geometry is specially optimized to get a maximal light collection.
Our firsts experiments were to sudy the increase of the decay time and the light yield of a BGO cristal with the temperature.
