Summary
I will discuss 1) physical parameters (Lorentz and Doppler factors, viewing
and opening angles) of compact jets of blazars derived from intense VLBA monitoring at 7 mm; 2) variability of polarization in the core region of parsec scale radio jets, and 3) connections between 7 mm polarization
in the VLBI core and polarization at shorter wavelengths. The
sources show diversity in the physical parameters and polarization
behavior. I will discuss possible reasons for these differences.
