Production and decays of pseudoscalar Higgs bosons at the LHC

Seminar by Martin Wiebusch (RWT Aachen) ______________________________________________ In this talk I examine the possibility of observing pseudoscalar Higgs bosons at the LHC in their decays into electroweak vector-bosons. The corresponding signal cross sections are discussed for several SM extensions, including two Higgs doublet models, the MSSM, fourth generation models and technicolour. I present the results of parameter scans for these models which take into account experimental bounds from flavour physics, electroweak precision data and direct Higgs searches at LEP2 and Tevatron.
