Welcome to the abstract submission section !
You may choose to submit a poster, an individual talk, a group talk or to participate in "My thesis in 180s". You have to register to the website before any submission.
Poster:
Two poster sessions will take place on March 30. These sessions will be a great opportunity to present and discuss your research with other PhD students as well as with all conference attendees. Please note that posters must be in English.
Only a poster title is required for submission.
Talks:
Talks should ideally be given in English. However, first-year PhD students may present in French if they feel more comfortable.
-
Individual talks can cover any research topic and include a 10-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.
-
Group talks are 15-minute presentations given by a group of 2–3 people. They may be presented by PhD students only or include collaborators such as postdoctoral researchers. The topics are not necessarily limited to research results and may address broader questions about science, collaborative work, or different approaches to a common topic.
A title and an abstract are required for talks submissions.
In case of group talks, please submit only one proposal per group as well as the information on all participants (full names, email addresses and affiliation or connection)
My thesis in 180s
We will also have an informal session in the style of the “My thesis in 180s” competition. You may either try out the format in a fun, light-hearted setting in preparation for a future participation, or give a more formal and serious presentation to gain experience presenting to an audience and to receive feedback.
Although “My thesis in 180s” is traditionally conducted in French, presentations may be given in English during this informal session.
PhD topic as well as the type of presentation are required (fun or serious)
To submit an abstract, please log in using your in2p3 account or university account via the EduGain option.
We look forward to receiving your submissions!
