The conference focuses on the detector R&D activities currently underway at IN2P3 (France) and INFN (Italy). It aims to bring the two communities closer together, foster idea exchange, identify synergies, and promote collaborations.
The event will be organized over four half-day sessions and, for this first edition, it will take place from November 18th to 20th 2025 in Paris, on the Jussieu Campus, at the Laboratoire de Physique Nucléaire et des Hautes Energies (LPNHE).
Each half-day session will focus on a specific detector technology:
-
Photosensors
-
Gas detectors
-
Solid-state detectors
-
Cryogenic detectors & quantum sensors
For each session, two 30-minute keynote talks will be given—one from the INFN side and one from the IN2P3 side. Each session can also accommodate up to four 15-minute talks as open contributions. The conference will also feature a poster session and a roundtable discussion.
Registration and abstract submission are open until Sept 15th.
Abstract acceptance will be notified on October 1st.
