PICASSO is direct dark matter search experiment installed at SNOLAB, Canada. It uses droplets of superheated C4F10 as the active detector medium and is designed to search for spin-dependent WIMP interactions.
In this talk I shall discuss the superheated liquid detection technique and some recently discovered background discrimination features. I shall also present our latest results which restrict substantially interpretations of the DAMA/LIBRA annual modulations in terms of spin-dependent interactions.
