We present a theory overview of flavoured observables (quark and lepton flavours, electric and magnetic moments), focusing on current theory challenges and future prospects. We also discuss on the role of cLFV and EW precision
observables to probe well-motivated mechanisms of neutrino mass generation as is the case of the Inverse Seesaw.
