General news:
- We will presented as production ready at the PRR
- We will receive production BM and preproduction flex to assemble V2s during the summer (after JO)
- We received material (carriers, chuck)
- We need to make an inventory/empty the space in the drawers / cabinets
Wirebonding:
- No activities on ITk
- Joystick will be unmounted to mainteinance
Wirebond protection:
- Step-1 is qualified
- Step-2 ongoing: glue on a PCB or dummy and measure the resistance
- Test 1 on PCB: resistivity is out of spec by one-two orders of magnitude (1k on one side and 400 ohm on the other)
- Test 2 on Dummy: resistivity is better GA1 175 ohm, GA4 is 52 ohm
- We glued a new dummy for the next test
Probe station:
- Cooling liquid received
- Agilent still not fully operational, to be tested
- IV missing for 2 V1.1 modules
Assembly:
Testing:
- Thermal cycle chucks are received
- Gasket are not functional, they can't keep the vacuum
- Ask the reference for the material to cut the gasket ourselves with the Cameo
- There's a number of tests to be done for the full installation
- Measurements done for the dewpoint but not clear what is happening, target temperature is not reached
- Interlock for the dewpoint need to be implemented (partial software) but we could present the issue at Saverio meeting
X-ray
- Measurements taken
- Humidity control is yet to be fully mastered
