General news:

  • Next week the meeting will be in salle gamma
  • Next week: Presentation from Bhuvan
  • Next week: Thibaud should present his poster for review
  • Next week: Stephanie will present the standard week

Probe station:

  • We have a quote from Chem Solutions.
  • The order from TMC went back because of customs

Wirebonding:

  • PPP50 wirebonded. One FE is detached. Pull-test: 7.5 +- 1.4. 60-40 flex side.
  • PPP39 started. With old support. Adaptation of the program was easy enough.
  • V-shaped tool is a lot better in IRFU, but they have a different head
  • We are going to receive a single module with V2 (SCC), it's shipped now
  • APC asked to use our wirebonding machine. To be clarified.

Metrology:

  • ]We can't enter visual inspection data in the PDB. It is not possible to import the component in the LocalDB. The bug is being discussed in the mattermost
  •

Assembly:

  • We will glue the 3 remaining modules next week

Parylene:

  • Paul & Thiziri measured the the thickness sample. More than 10 um
  • Mystery: it should have been masked, but it was unmasked already. When has it done?
  • To do: crosscheck measure on the wires
  • PPP06: unmasking was difficult. Vacuum for the backside removal was weak. Cleaning should solve the problem. Broken tabs didn't help, parylene entered the backside of one of the FEs. Removing the caps was a bit more difficult, we need a scalpel for this procedure.

Outer barrel bonding protection:

  • Bad communication with the CERN team: we arrived with *silicon* dummies but they wanted module dummies to test the canopy gluing
  • CERN has the same misalignment issue as us, they are testing new alignment pins
  • Milou gave us 4 canopies to crosscheck metrology

Testing:

  • PPP06: 2 FEs died. Something happened to wires? To be checked again with the microscope.
  •

Xray:

  • A module (PPP41) was left in vacuum + chiller on (no power) for the weekend. It was damaged in the end. Humidity was outside spec.

Inventory:

  • We have a lot of tools and material who is not organized. We have a (partial) inventory now, but now we need to put this organized in order to have it available for the people to use
