General news:

• Visit from UChicago this friday, tour in the cleanroom at 9:30
• ITk production during the summer: very low number of modules foreseen (10-15 in the cluster for june/july)
• Claudia Gemme is visiting this week

Probe station:

• Cooling liquid is in france but must be freed from the customs. We need to understand how to do it.

Wirebonding:

• Sparse issues
• PPP50
  • GA2 detached
  • After a series of issue new parameters have been found
  • GA1 wirebonded
  • GA3 some zone didn't held. Maybe less solder surface or detached under it
• We are with 2 screws left. The old screws have been sent to MB for exchange
• PPP52 to be fixed for HV

Metrology / Masking:

• Parylene masked modules pictures re-taken.
  • We need to ask visual inspection
• PPP36
  • Unmasking was OK
  • Sensor was broken (early breakdown). Hardly related to masking/unmasking
• PPP6
  • Mask is easier with the syringe
• [Mechanics] Parylene tools holder must be reworked a bit to be used. A second plate is going to be produced.
• Flex metrology to be done
• PDB to be checked
• Received the caps + carrier covers special for parylene
• Low priority: do a new masking for the vacuum plate

Assembly:

• The three Leonardo modules left we'll use for a simulation of a production test
• Gluing tool 16 sent back
• New tool to open and check

Outer barrel protection:

• Three gluing test with canopy-glass
  • Test 1 and 3 good
  • Test 2 not good on one pillar
    • Tested several hypothesis but didn't find an explanation

Testing:

• PPP36 completed INITIAL_COLD. In principle it wasn't possible to not have it completed. 
• Busy with core column issue. PPP40 under test. Promising results
• PPP41 had a bizarre behaviour but second test is done
• In contact with CAEN to look to the floating common

Xray:

• Plate to hold the cards in the xray is done. 
• A lot of tests to be done to find the proper nitrogen/dry-air/chiller temperature setup

Various:

• Single Chip Cards received. We need to inventory them.
• We need to progress with the boxes to hold SCC modules for TB operations
