General news:
- Electric cut tomorrow, we need shut down everything
- Organization for the JO: we asked a feedback from ITk and should receive a plan this week or the next
Probe station:
- Liquid ordered 20 kg. To be checked with the administration
- Visit from Strasbourg tomorrow to look at the probe station
- Weird IV with the old probe station: at first it was ok and then in breakdown without touching anything on the setup
Wirebonding:
- Wire was stuck in the tool and the tool has to be demounted, cleaned and re-mounted. It doesn't work now
- Might be the little screw. We have 20 of a lot for which we have a doubt.
- We need to find a torque-screwdriver with the correct head
- Cyrille has modified the program for the new tool
- IZM-HPK modules left to bond: 2. Bad alignment (+ 1 with glue seepage)
- Leonardo-HPK: PPP50 will be ready to be bonded soon
- Air can is giving issues of condensation
Assembly:
- Bhuvan, Cyrille and Stephanie glued PPP50 (Leonardo-HPK). Nothing weird to report
- Mass is OK, Alignment is OK, Envelope is OK
- We found the strain relief for the OBWBP
- A glass dummy with OBWBP has been glued but we had issues gluing the strain relief (it was left on the gluing tool)
- Backside photo safety device v2 produced by Yann, to be tested
Metrology:
- Foresee a mainteinance of the big vacuum pump. Yann is going to buy a mainteinance kit
- Programs are well organized in directory now
- Reference planes program updated (13 micron higher plate, all is good now)
Parylene masking:
- IRFU tools here (borrowed). They work very well. Two modules parylened
- We need to develop a strategy to take photos. Then we need to add photo on the localdb
- The little caps we should have 100s. To be produced.
Testing:
- Vacuum covers done by Yann
- PPP40 is done
- Protocol changed a bit and we need to review scripts and general strategy
- Localdb issues, fixed on the go with the experts
- Columns issue but stable with temperature
- Digital89 has issues on the LP tests. To be investigated.
- Blocker on SQ for block 11. Expert priority.
- Proposal from Thibaud: do a Trubleshoot section
Xray:
- Very slow to reach safely -15 C. Consumed a lot of Nitrogen!
- Flow regulator?
- Tested the very little area cup
- To be tested: bigger tent (to include also the chuck itself)
