News general:

• PRR
• ITk Week next week: Paul is going to do the cluster summary

Material:

• 10 NCAB flex will be distributed durng the ITk Week, we will get 4 for our Leonardo modules

Wirebonding:

• Mod 42 bonded: 4 wire not stick GA4 150,151,152,155; accident during pull-test on GA3 test wires destroyed without recording pull force
• Darkened pad posed no issue for the WB, the bad pads were clean; no idea about why it didn't work
• Mod 37 is the next good
• There is a module from IJCLab
• Tue 20th a commercial rep for the camera will come to show the product
• Equerre is OK so we can proceed with finial program finition

Metrology

• Review of the programs should be performed with the information obtained during the specialized training
• Paul finalized the documentation
• Training shifts this week starting today
• Take the time to enter all information in the PDB during data taking
• Canopy metrology ongoing
  • Program optimized to 23 min
• Backside flatness damaged but probably still acceptable 30 um on an object 10 um planarity 

Gluing

• New tools need to be commissioned we have glass and dummies but no flexes
• GLuing of Leonardo modules will start after the ITk Week

Testing

• Mod 40, 41 and 42 to be tested with the full procedure
• The pair doing the tests must have access to the PDB and LocalDB to proceed
• New Yarr cards received, Francesco will move the test setup from the 640 MBps long cables to 1280 MBps short cables
• DCS board
  • NTC measurements are stable: 3 Hz
  • Pression: 6 Hz
  • Dependence on the MQTT messages from the Climate chamber
• 8-module structure has been reinforced with the extra blocks on the back + one in the middle
  • 6x new heatsink received
  • We need to cut 8x metal rectangles to block the vacuum on the non-used chucks

Xray

• Cooling system is OK and we can reach -45 C on an LV off module
• We need dry air now
• Radioprotection is OK for Francesco, Paul and Yahya
