General news:

  • PRR in March 7 and 12/3
  • Our modules we'll be used for complementary analysis (no OBWBP installed so not useful for delaminations studies at this stage)
  • Possible start of the production: end of spring (?)

Training for production:

  • Cyril will arrive the 1st of april, we should organise
  • Thibaud will arrive the 1st of March
  • Oleksandra should arrive mid-may to mid-july
  • Bouvan should arrive asap (visa issue) until mid-june
  • We need a planning for training and the (few) actual activities

Wirebonding:

  • Joystick issue is understood, for now we'll leave the object as-is, the operator can use the machine even with the issue present
  • Equerre in queue for fabrication in the lab workshop

Metrology:

  • Formation on the CHR scanner tomorrow morning, Francesco 
  • We need to redo the metrology on the 4 modules + put everything in the PDB
  • IV to be done, since we don't have the liquid for the chiller of the Tesla200 we'll need to use the old probestation

Assembly:

  • 2 new gluing tools received in IJCLab, to be recovered
  • New flatness tool received, we need to try it
  • OBWBP see thiziri talk 

Testing:

  • DCS / Interlock is finalized we need to do the tests
  • Small bugs in the fw corrected
  • 4-module setup connected on the power side
  • Buchons arrived, to be understood
  • Mousse for self-production of buchons arrived too
  • Yann is studying a solutiont o avoid the deformation of the structure
  • Heatsink base is on the pipeline for our workshop
  • No news about the climate-chamber chuck

Xray:

  • Need to modify the software to impose 30 kV
  • Structure is to be designed
  • Software is to be developed to merge the incremental scans
  • We need to install lpnlp41 on the xray setup
