LISA DDPC Kick-off Workshop
The Distributed Data Processing Centre (DDPC) invites you to join us for the official start of the DDPC. The workshop will be at the Pullman Toulouse Centre Ramblas in Toulouse on 10-12 June 2024. The aims of this workshop are to:
- for the whole DDPC to meet;
- share current status and plan next steps;
- officially start the DDPC and the coordination units;
- present the DDPC organisational structure.
The workshop will be held in the beautiful city of Toulouse. The venue is a short walk to the city centre with many historical buildings.
This first DDPC workshop will be held in person. The DDPC workshops will occur every year. We expect that several future workshops will be held remotely in order to reduce our carbon footprint from travel. Workshops will be held in person when needed.

Travel & Venue

By train: The railway station, Toulouse-Matabiau, is a short walk (~10 minutes) from the meeting venue.
By plane: The closest airport is Toulouse airport. There is a bus from the airport to the city centre railway station. The venue is a 10 minute walk from the railway station.
