Dear EPTA members,
For those interested, our spring workshop will start on Monday in Orléans with parallel discussions or hands-on session in Orléans (CNRS campus), or a visit of Nançay Radio Observatory. For convenience, we suggest that you book an hotel in Orléans centre for Sunday night.
At the end of the afternoon, with those present, we will move by car or by train to Fontevraud Abbey next to Saumur, famous for its castel and its wines, and meet the rest of the participants in the meeting.
The EPTA plenary meeting will take place in the seminar rooms of Fontevraud Abbey. For your journey, bedrooms have been pre-booked for the meeting participants, and you are asked to register direcly to the Fontevraud hostel for reserving your (three) nights from Monday evening to Thursday (110€/night).
For this reservation, please contact: resa.groupe@fontevraud.fr, precising "reservation EPTA" in the Subject and provide the following information:

* Address of your Institute for the invoice
* e-mail address
* Phone number
* check-in and check-out dates (default is 25/03 - 28/03)
You will then receive by email a call for on-line payment (please check your spams !). Also, please keep the organisers informed when this room reservation is done, and do independently your registration for the meeting in the left-hand side menu.
During the stay in Fontevraud, breakfasts and lunches will be offered and taken in the restaurant of the Abbey. The conference dinner by the 'one star' chef Thibaut Ruggeri will be on Wednesday evening and offered as well to the meeting participants. Dinners on Monday and Tuesday evenings are at your own expense and can be taken in other restaurants in the village. Note that a visit of the Abbey is proposed on Tuesday evening after the sessions.
The closest railway station with direct trains from Paris is the city of Saumur, which is ~15 km away from Fontevraud. The site is then reachable by taxi, or if you manage to organise yourself with colleagues we can set up a few shuttles using mini-buses (8 passengers at a time).
Another possibility is to go with a TGV train to the city of Tours (or Saint Pierre des Corps station) and rent a car there for the remaining 70 km.
Note that the meeting is supposed to end after lunch on Thursday, but people can stay for discussions up to 4 pm in the meeting room.
