Euclid-France Workshop on Clusters

In the context of Euclid France and of the Programme National de Cosmologie et Galaxies, we are organizing a small meeting dedicated to galaxy clusters that will be held in Lyon, on January 23rd and 24th (morning). The objective is to exchange on the various activities led on galaxy clusters in France, in this critical period in which Euclid surveys are to start. We aim to optimize our national organisation for the scientific exploitation of the mission. The deadline for registering and proposing oral presentations if wished is January 12th. Early-career scientists are strongly encouraged to participate and present their work. The meeting will be held at the Institut de Physique des 2 infinis (IP2I) in hybrid mode (how to get there below), in salle Croix Rousse 3rd Floor (January 23rd) and in Amphithéâtre Dirac (January 24th). The participants commit to respect the Euclid Consortium Code of Conduct accessible on this page. 

Dans le cadre d’Euclid France et du Programme National Cosmologie et Galaxies, nous organisons les 23 et 24 janvier (matin) 2024 à Lyon cette réunion dédiée à la thématique « Amas de galaxies » . L’objectif est de faire le point sur les activités « Amas de Galaxies » en France en cette période cruciale de démarrage imminent des relevés Euclid  afin d’optimiser notre organisation au niveau national en vue de l’exploitation scientifique de la mission sur cette thématique. La date limite pour s'inscrire et proposer le cas échéant une contribution orale est le 12 janvier. Les étudiants en thèse et jeunes chercheurs sont particulièrement encouragés à participer et présenter leur travail. La  réunion se tiendra à Lyon à l'Institut de Physique des 2 infinis (IP2I) en mode hybride (informations sur l'accès ci-dessous), dans la salle Croix Rousse au 3ème. étage  (23 Janvier) et dans l' Amphithéâtre Dirac (24 Janvier). Les participants s'engagent à respecter l'Euclid Consortium Code of Conduct accessible depuis cette page.
