General news:

• ITk Week next week. Expected new discussion about the schedule
• New preproduction schedule: 50% before mid-Nov and the other 50% before end-Jan
  • Wirebond protection is critical
• ITkPixV2 good tests except DM
  • 100 wafers arrived yesterday

Wirebonding

• Axial light camera still not working! Maintenance needed
• Pull-test still not top, but parameters still possible to optimise (7.5 mean, few with very low value under 5). Always on the pad side
• Compressed air reference
• IRFU discussion for WB
• Genova bonded 3 SCC ITkPixV1.1 modules and we need to wirebond the last 3 SCC here
• Target is IRRAD before mid-Oct

Assembly

• LV is OK for 8 modules
• HV board is there but cables are missing. We have 1 full cable maybe a second
• Monitoring board is done, we should receive the PCB soon
• We should re arrange the room with ergonomics in mind
• We received the materials to build the 8-modules support
•  

Xray

• Lead to be covered with vinyl
• Earth plug to be produced / installed
