Present: Giovanni, Paul, David, Pascal, Philippe, Thibaud, Lina, Yann, Francesco C, 

General news:

• Test beam starting tomorrow, but first week only for dev / installation
• First 100 um modules assembled at CERN, contracts ongoing for the flexes

Wirebonding:

• A module has been glued in IJCLab yesterday, it will arrive in LPNHE today
• We can glue a second module here today
• Temperature-related issues in clean room: temperature over 24 C is problematic for the WB, camera light problems disappeared when temperature went down 23.8 C
• Wire loop heigths are OK but pull test is still around

Assembly:

• We received 6 (+3 already here since months) bare modules. Metrology, IV and VI photos done for 3. Need to perform all the reception tests for the remaining 6.
• We received 9 flexes, need to perform the reception tests
• Gluing today

Testing:

• No news wrt last week for the distribution boards
• CAEN Card is coming end of June
• Humidity card is being cabled now
