General news
- Discussion in ITk to accelerate the production of silicon modules even if we have bump disconnection issues
- Genova is going to assemble a couple of ITkPix SCC from our production
Wirebonding
- IRFU team come Friday
- Two GA bonded fully automatic without issues
- Julien (IRFU) is going to ask if we can have Japan-style headtip for our bonding machine
- Bond height around 800 um, pull test around 7.5 um
- We need to deal URGENTLY with the climatization of the clean room
Assembly/Metrology
- 6.3, 6.4, 7.2 are OK and going to be submitted in the PDB today
- 7.3 is in preparation we need the wirebonding now and then VI
- Fourth (last?) SiDummy is going to be glued this week
Testing
- 1.2 / 1.28 Gbps FW progress. Optimal delays found for the current ohio / trenz
- Monitoring card: ADC (NTC temp) is tested, Humidity sensor tested and a dedicated card is going to be produced, Pression sensor is the same principle as the NTC, Air Quality TBD
- Arduino+FPGA card under study to generate the interlock signal (stage Hanane BOUGHERARA)
- Intermediate (Interlock) board produced, we need an HD26 connector
- Channel 4 of the LV CAEN to be checked, strange readings
- Where to place all this components?
- Start to think about ergonomy of the room
Xray
- New fan installed
- Adhesive cover ordered
- Need to produce a cable with exported ground
Testbeam
- Potential change of dates for the summer TB, to be discussed in the short term
