General news:

• No big news for us from the ATLAS Upgrade
• OBWBP is going to arrive ~ half of pre-production

Wirebonding:

• Crosscheck tests on SiDummy from IJCLab then tried without success at CEA: at LPNHE it is possible to wirebond
• Digital done: 2x with 4/4 and 2x with 3/4

Assembly

• Good results with glass dummies, we proceed to glue the first si dummy. All OK already to the WBonders

Testing

• Tested new 1.28 gbps FW from Timon
• Monitoring board near completion
• Intermediate board PCB received, to be tested and assembled by Julien

Xray

• Last remaining item: fan cover
• Commission securite du LPNHE le 22/05
