👋 Hi, fellow XENONers!
We are delighted to welcome you in Paris for our next Collaboration Meeting, preceded by a new edition of the Newcomer Analysis Workshop.
Both meetings will take place at LPNHE, our laboratory located on the Pierre et Marie Curie Campus of Sorbonne Université, in the famous Latin Quarter of Paris.
As usual, the Analysis Workshop is planned on the first two days of the week (Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 September), and the Collaboration Meeting will span the next three days (from Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 September), with a welcome cocktail on Tuesday evening.
The registration fee amounts to 200 € for the Collaboration Meeting (the Analysis Workshop attendance is free). It covers coffee breaks and lunches, as well as the welcome cocktail and the traditional social dinner. Payment must be made before arrival and by card only through the dedicated website (click on the "Fees Payment" link in the left panel). An invoice will be sent to you upon request.
The program
A note about COVID-19
Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory in France, whether it be outside (street, parks, etc.) or inside (workplace, public transport, etc.). Further information can be found here. However, we draw your attention on the fact that previous collaboration meetings have led to a significant number of COVID-positive cases afterwards: wearing a mask is therefore highly recommended during our meeting.
