Wirebonding

  • Old RD53A tested for wirebonding with avg 9 g pull force
  • Dummy module: ready to start, it must be done with metrology and given for WB

Metrologie

  • Mattermost channel created
  • Start of metrology programs tomorrow

Gluing

  • Install multiprise
  • All components arrived

Testing:

  • LV card in production
  • Material for the multimodule not here yet, check with Carla
  • Charlotte is back so the atelier is available, we need to book her time

X-ray setup:

  • Devis Veritas received 3k
  • 29-30/3 rdv with Veritas
  • Tube not CE, Julien is going to sort it out
  • Julien will do a test of the shielding with Cd109 once the shielding is finished
