General News:

  • Edoardo joined the group from Roma I as an Erasmus student and he will be with us until july

 

Wirebonding:

  • Digital 5 has been repaired
  • Red chip RD53A SCC glued
  • Lina is going to prepare the quad module program
  • Support plate for ITkPix SCC from Genova
  • Box for the SCC

Assembly&metrology:

  • Tooling recovered by Aboud. It should reach LPNHE this week
  • Yann is going to install a plug in the corner of the plafond soufflant to attach the vacuum pumps / scale weight

Testing:

  • See the report in the Agenda for the LV card
  • Final review to launch the PCB fabrication

IRRAD (todo from previous meeting):

  • Test irradiated modules @ CERN
  • Ready the setup YARR portable 

X-Ray:

  • Blindage almost completed
  • Software to be checked
  • Chiller might be used to cool down the tube and control the humidity
