SuperNEMO collaboration meeting

The conference fees to be payed on site by each participant (~130 euros per day) will include the full-board for 3 days (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedroom), as well as fees for coffee breaks and collaboration dinner.

Baseline booking of the venue was done for:
- first service = DINNER on Monday 16th
- last service = LUNCH on Thursday 19th

It is possible to extend the stay before/beyon this period. If needed, thanks to mention it in the registration form using the departure/arrival date and time. Thanks !!
